Electrifying Technical Organic Syntheses
~the first major technology platform that drives the transfer of electroorganic syntheses from the laboratory to industrial scale~

Adacta4ETOS

The Adacta4ETOS project, which accompanies innovation, aims to develop a modern and customized research data infrastructure specifically for organic electrosynthesis (ETOS). Until now, there has been a lack of established data platforms that can be used both in the laboratory and on an industrial scale.

The main aim of the project is to adapt and expand the proven Adacta software and the underlying database to the needs of ETOS. Particular attention is paid to the traceability and consistency of the data in order to ensure its effective reuse. In Adacta, this is achieved by creating a digital twin of the test setup. The digital twin not only records the current status of the system components, but also takes into account changes over time, for example through the replacement of devices or the addition of new components. This ensures that the test setup is documented transparently and comprehensibly at all times.

The generated measurement data is then linked to the digital twin to ensure that it can be interpreted in the context of the test setup. This is crucial in order to create long-term trust in the data and enable it to be used for future analyses and innovations.
