Equal4ETOS 

Strategic project for equality, diversity, family, promotion of young talent, and internationalization

Promoting gender equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace is not only a moral duty, but also a business necessity. A diverse workforce disposes of a wide range of perspectives and ideas, leading to greater innovation and productivity. In addition, a commitment to equality and inclusion can help attract and retain top talent, and boost the reputation of the organization.
Despite the progress made in recent years, there are still significant gender gaps in the workforce, especially in terms of representation and leadership positions. Additionally, certain groups, such as those with marginalized sexual and cultural identities, continue to face additional barriers that hinder their success.

Equal4ETOS aims to address these problems by creating structures and contact persons for gender equality measures, promoting underrepresented groups, and creating a good work-life balance for all employees. In this way, the strategic project aims to create a pleasant, productive, and creative working atmosphere at eye level for all participants within ETOS.
By promoting international exchange and scientific cooperation, Equal4ETOS also aims to increase the competitiveness of Germany as a business location and to contribute to its economic success.
