Commitment to equality also helps attract talent and enhances the organization's reputation. Despite progress, gender disparities persist, particularly in leadership roles. Marginalized groups continue to face additional barriers. Equal4ETOS aims to address these issues by establishing structures for equality initiatives, supporting underrepresented groups, and improving work-life balance.
